- Made for a biOrb or Biube owner whose 1/4 inch stone has clogged.
biOrb and Biube tanks run a slim stone on 1/4 inch tubing, and this is our replacement for it. Each bubbler (model HS-55) measures 1.4 inches long and 0.4 inch across, comes in white and fits the classic, tube, flow, halo and life tanks of both lines. A nano pump drives it, and dense medium bubbles leave from all around the cylinder.
Replace the stone once it clogs, which happens after weeks or months, and soak each new one for an hour first. Packs of 5 and 10 keep spares in the cabinet. To use one outside those tanks you need a 3/16-inch connector and 3/16-inch hose, since the inlet is 1/4 inch.
