Pawfly Air Stone Bar Bubbler

Set along the back glass, this bar sends up a rectangular wall of bubbles rather than a single column. The 4 inch bar measures 4.5 by 0.8 by 0.5 inches, weighs 1 ounce and comes in a 4 pack. Mineral stone sits in a green plastic base, and the bar passes 1.3 L/min, about 21 GPH, on a pump above 2.5 W through standard 3/16-inch tubing.

Lengths go 4, 8, 12 and 16 inches. Measure the back wall of your tank and choose a bar a few inches shorter, so the curtain spans the width without touching the corners. The flow figure we give is for the 4 inch bar only, and the longer bars take more air. Soak it for an hour before use and brush it when the wall breaks into gaps.
