- Sits on the floor of a fish tank, bucket or small pond with a pump above 4 W.
The dome is the point: a half sphere 3.37 inches across and 1.3 inches tall, weighing 5 ounces, with sealed edges so air leaves through the face rather than leaking at the rim. It gives a fine cascade of small bubbles at 3 L/min, about 48 GPH, from a pump above 4 W on 3/16-inch tubing. The body is natural mineral.
There are two sizes, labeled 3 and 4 inches, and the figures you see here are for the 3 inch dome. Soak it for an hour before use. Clean it regularly: soak it, brush the face lightly and let it dry somewhere cool and ventilated, so the pores stay open for fine bubbles.
