- Fits a betta or goldfish tank and a bait bucket, with a 5 by 3.5 inch opening.
A 10.5-inch metal handle and frame, wrapped in plastic, hold this Pawfly net steady in freshwater or saltwater. Its 5-inch head opens 5 by 3.5 inches with a pocket 3 inches deep, room for a betta, a goldfish or a handful of bait. Options are a single 5-inch net, a single 6-inch net or two 5-inch nets together.
That deeper pocket cradles a fish while you move it, which suits a tank transfer or a bait bucket. The plastic wrap on the handle gives you a grip that holds when wet. After use, rinse the mesh and hang the net somewhere airy. Only 5 and 6 inch heads are offered.
