Small tanks run out of shelf space before they run out of water, so we kept this pump to 3.3 by 1.8 by 1.6 inches. The 3 to 20 gallon version draws 2 W, pushes up to 30 GPH at 0.012 MPa and stays under 45 dB on four rubber feet. In the basic box you get a small air stone ball, 5 feet of standard 3/16-inch tubing and a check valve.
Choose the bundle by what sits at the end of the line. A bio sponge filter, an air stone disc and a nano-bubble disc each come as their own option, and the basic pump also sells in a pack of 3. The 15 to 40 GPH span covers the whole family. Our 30 GPH figure belongs to the small pump, while tanks of 20 to 60 gallons take the larger option with airline tubing control.
