- 80 GPH
- up to 160 gal
- under 35 dB
- Choose the 3 W pump for a tank up to 70 gallons or the 5 W one for up to 160.
Turn the knob on top and the flow goes from a soft stream to hard bubbling, so the same pump can run gently over a betta and harder over fast-growing plants. The 3 W model is rated at 80 GPH and at least 0.02 MPa. Inside the ABS shell sits a double-layer anti-vibration pad, and together with four rubber feet it holds the noise under 35 dB.
Two power levels are on offer: 3 W for tanks up to 70 gallons and 5 W for tanks up to 160 gallons. The 80 GPH figure is the 3 W rating. The 5 W pump has no flow figure of its own, so count on at least 80 GPH when you plan your stones. The 3 W kit comes with 4.9 feet of 3/16-inch tubing, an air stone, a check valve and a suction cup, which also covers a hydroponic bucket.
