Fix it to the tank wall, squeeze the bulb to start the siphon, then set the flow with the handle. Keep the inlet higher than the outlet and the arrow end of the pump facing down. For full flow, line up the two green tips with the outlet port. With a 3.75-foot hose, your bucket needs to sit close to the tank.
